QUICK Nutella High fibre, Rye and Oat bread

This is my take on the Nutella bread with the addition of Rye foyr and it is a quicker method since I use Quick rise Yeast so there is only one "rising" period. great for if you need bread for the kids in a hurry!

  • 3/4 cup warm water ( 100 f /38 c)
  • 1/2 cup warmed apple juice unsweetened
  • 6 tbsp + 1 tsp nutella
  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 cup whole whear flour
  • 1 cup rye flour
  • 3/4 cup quick oates
  • 1 1/4 tsp salt
  • quick -rise instant dried yeast ( 1 sachet or 8g/11ml)
