  • 1 1/2 cups of water
  • 3 medium spears of asparagus
  • 1 spritz of purrfect dressing
  • 1 cucumber sliced
  • 1 tomatoe sliced
  • 3 leaf of iceburg lettuce
  • large crisp lettuce leaf becomes the wrapper for tasty steamed rice laced with diced tomatoe, a spear of asparagus, a shaved cucumber strip, a spritz of oil & vinegar!
  • while the rice is steaming, place the asparagus spears on top for the last blasts of heat ( 4 minutes ) prior to wrapping!
