A simple side dish to bring to a picnic or pot luck. This one's always a crowd pleaser and rarely do we get to bring any home with us!We find this is best when assembled fresh. If you wish to make ahead of time and assemble later, after the beef cools place in a container. Place the veggies and cheese in a separate container and bring along a bag of Doritos and a bottle of dressing. Warm the beef and assemble the salad.
