I found this recipe in a Top Secret Restaurant Recipes book I purchased for my cookbook swap partner. This recipe is a tasty low carb alternative to mashed potatoes. The spices and creme give this a delicious taste, texture and appearance. I don't go to Ruby Tuesday often but when I do, I always order Mashed Cauliflower if it's available!
