Delicious! I added 2 (14 ounce) cans of dice tomatoes with juice and one cup of water. I lifted the bay leaf out before serving. My family loves vegetable soup! Prepared as a participant in the French Country Kitchen and Spice of the Month (which was bay leaf) for February 2010 Event.
