Found this recipe in 11-2010 edition of Good Housekeeping and looks so good I want to save it. It's states - "Our version of this cranberry side is tangy, thanks to ginger and orange peel-and lower in calories" I'm thinking I might even add some chopped walnuts to give it a nice crunch.
