This recipe was adapted from (great site). The photo looked so appetizing, I had to make it. I tweaked it a bit, because I thought it would be a little bland. I didn't have leeks, so I used onion instead. But If you have leeks, I would suggest that you use them (I will next time). I have to say, it is one of the most delicious pasta dishes I have ever eaten. I really hope you try this!
