This is great for a cookout. Great cool drink. Meyer lemons are a cross between a lemon and a mandarin orange in taste. If you can't find Meyer lemons, the flavor won't be as complex. For every 1/4 cup Meyer lemon juice, substitute 3 tbsp lemon juice plus 1 tbsp orange juice plus 1/2 tsp sugar. Prep time includes chilling time.
