I stole this from Betty Crocker's :Soup ,Stew, and Chili Cook Book, then I modified it for my family (less heat and less Sodium). So watch out the is a large batch of pork chili, pairs nicely with fat free sour cream ,tortilla. and some avocado slices (If I wasn't concerned about sodium I would add a can of pinto beans)
