This easy to make Traditional Mexican Drink is a delicious way to use left over summer Watermelon. It is sweet but not too sweet. This drink will impress yor guests at your next BBQ.

  • .5 cup strawberries, fresh
  • 2 cups watermelon chunks
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 cup ice
  • *granulated sugar to taste (i use 4-6 t)
  • (i prefer turbinado organic raw cane sugar)
  • for a hawaiian twist:
  • add 1/2 cup kerns guava necter
  • (this will also sweeten the drink if you do not want to add sugar.)
  • you can also add a little water if the mixture is too thick for you.
