Ingredients

  • 1 cup of fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup of 1% milk
  • 1/2 cup of water or 1/2 cup of ice
  • 1 or 2 packets of splenda sweetner...depends on how sweet you would like it
  • 2/3 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • optional
  • 2 tbsp of unsalted and unsweentened peanut butter....this will give you added protein....also makes it extra smoothie and tastes great
