This stuffed peppers recipe is my own -- honestly so nice and fast. Made for years, freeze (OMAC) because of the large amount of green peppers each summer from our garden. This does not include rice, but you are always welcomed to add this ingredient. For tomato sauce topping I use Meatloaf Sauce (Or Stuffed Peppers), also posted as Quick Tomato Sauce under ingredients, or make it easy on a jar of good tomato sauce, you might have on hand.
