I found the basic recipe for this bread in the 2002 Taste of Home Quick Cooking Cookbook. It was sent in to them by Elvera Dallman from Franklin Nebraska.To make this recipe a bit more healthier, I decreased the amount of bread flour from 3 cups to 2 1/2 and added 1 /2 cup of whole wheat.Other than that change the recipe stayed the same.The time that this will take will depend on your machine.I just use the dough cycle on mine. NOTE: After removing the dough from the bread machine pan, it was placed into a greased 9 x 4 inch loaf pan.Then covered and left to rise in a warm place for 1 hour.Then baked for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.This is based on my oven.Submitted to ( A.K.A.
