This recipe is a pick me up smoothie.

  • 1/2 cup fruit (i use sweet frozen cherries)
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 cup soy milk or 1% milk
  • 1 tbsp grapeseed oil (if you have it)
  • 1 scoop protein powder (i use control meal replacement protein )
  • place in blender and mis thoroughly. drink up!
  • the cherries are proven by me for use in place of a pain reliever and relieves pain. i have artiritis in her back, neck & shoulders and cannot take tylenol or any other pan reliever, such as excedrin, advil, aleve or ibuprofen.
