  • 5 tbsp butter, unsalted
  • 6 oz precooked chopped/sliced turkey breast meat
  • 1 roma tomato
  • 8-10 fresh asparagus tips (about a cup)
  • 1 1/2 bags precut lettuce
  • 5 tbsp chopped cilantro
  • 1 tbsp garlic
  • 1/8 cup lime juice
  • 11 oz frozen cooked shrimp
  • 1 tsp hunan pepper paste (or red pepper flakes or tobasco will do)
  • 1 cup mediterranean cucumber salad (see my other recipe)
  • -please note: i could not find a way to add this to cucumber salad the ingredient list in its entirety. just ad 74 calories to the recipe at the end of the recipe total and divide by six servings.
