Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded lettuce (i use iceberg but whatever you like)
  • 1 cup shredded red cabbage
  • 1 cup alfalfa sprouts/ or your favorite sprouts
  • 1 cup thinnly sliced cucumber peeled or unpeeled it's up to you
  • 2 cup white rice( i like to mix a brown and white together)
  • salmon you can use canned or fresh (about 1 cup after you chunk it)
  • teriyaki sauce( for lightly sprinkling over the top of the dish to give some flavors)
