Texas de Brazil's Grape Salad with Roasted Apples and Gorgonzola Cheese was created by Culinary Director Evandro Caregnato and features several different varieties of grapes mixed with creamy Gorgonzola cheese. Says Caregnato, “This salad has light ingredients like the fruits and more robust ones like the crumbled gorgonzola so it is a balanced salad, perfect for any season not only spring. It pairs wonderfully with roasted pork loin or leg of lamb.”
