  • house of tsang ginger flavored soy sauce, 1 tbsp (can use 2 tbsp for normal sodium diet)
  • goya salsita with habanero chiles, 1 tbsp (for spicy taste, use 2 tbsp)
  • *sesame seeds, 4 tbsp (.25 cup)
  • trader joe's extra firm organic tofu 1 block ( 5 servings)
  • i like a bit of indian aroma and add one of the masala powders to mine to comensate lfor ow sodium.
