I loved hamburger pizza as a kid. My fiance and I decided to make a vegetarian version last night and were overwhelmingly pleased. We skipped the tomato sauce and used olive oil as an easy "white sauce." Using lactose free cheese is our preference, but it isn't required. The 6-8 ounces of substitute hamburger is approximately one half of the bag. If desired, you can use the whole bag.
