Made this for the first time using a recipe from a restaurant in Greece. Did not fry but, baked the veggies to lower fat.

  • recipe below is my first try at vegetarian moussaka and the second recipe below is the adjusted one to be low fat as listed under directions. the nutritional value is calculated for the first recipe. the second one is modified to be much lighter!!
  • below is as prepared:
  • remarks: too much goat cheese and having eliminated sugar and spicy from goya salsita and cayenne.
  • didn't have summer squash.
  • do not use the first recipe- use the second one with directions.
