This is a healthy dish that even my children don't get enough of. It is full of good nutrients and is not hard or very heavy on the body. I can eat it whenever. Be Blessed!

  • your plate will be decorated with your food and you will understand why. place your spinach leaves evenly all over your plate. everything diced shoul de in separate bowls. give each space about 2-3 inches for each item. place 1 chees of whatever choice in a corner. on one side of the cheese, place your grapes, the other side apples or oranges. next to your apples place your eggs, next to your eggs cheese of choice, next to your cheese chicken strips. the center of plate you will place your tomatoes. you may use all or some of the ingredients. once eaten you drink a 4-8 oz. cup of water.
