I don't know how else to describe these other than "full-bodied and robust." I had some leftover muesli from a recipe I used for this Fall's PAC. Having never eaten muesli (except for my baby's PAC recipe), I decided to make chocolate chip cookies with the leftover muesli. I'm so glad I did. Hope you enjoy these really different AND delicious cookies. P.S. They're healthy, too!!!
