  • add yeast to 1 cup very warm, not boiling water along with honey and 1 cup flour.
  • after 10 minutes it should be bubbling slightly, as the yeast is working.
  • add the milk, salt and oil. blend in the rest of the flour, saving one cup to dust the kneading space. knead fro 5-10 minutes.
  • round up in a greased bowl.
  • cover with a damp cloth and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
  • punch down, put in 2 greased loaf pans. cover with damp cloth and let rise i hour.
