  • 1 1/2 cup splenda
  • 1 egg
  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 1/2 cup light butter
  • 1/4 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tbsp baking soda
  • 1/2 cup wheat flour
  • 2 tbsp flax seed
  • 2 tbsp wheat germ
  • 1/4 cup milk with 1 tsp of distilled vinegar added to it
  • blend the first 4 ingredients until creamy. it won't blend smooth. shift the dry ingredients together in a separate bowl then add them to the splenda mixture. while blending add the most important part - the milk with vinegar. make sure you add the vinegar to the milk b/f you add it to the rest of the mixture!!! you can use sour milk instead, but i never keep it on hand.
  • bake in muffin tins @ 375* for approx 25 min.
  • 1 hour for a loaf pan.
  • check on them when toothpick comes out clean they are done.
  • my husband loves these and he hates 'health food'!
